Can we read minds based on movie titles?
Michael Lucas has more than a few fetishes — including a recent obsession with farts — but based on his recent productions, it’s real estate that’s really on his mind. The housing market may be tanking, but Lucas is counting on a few hot properties to pull him through. A few months ago, he set a porn in Manhattan’s famed Flatiron Building, Lucas’s Flatiron Fuckers a few months later, he released Pounding the Pavement and, most recently, Flip This! (starring Jason Crew), which could just as well have been an HGTV series.
Maybe he’s looking to make an strategic acquisition. Either way, let’s screw the realtor talk and the most recent debuts on the market.
