Peter was especially proud of winning the FSC Leadership Award:

"The Free Speech Coalition has done monumental work protecting free expression over the years, so to be recognized with the FSC Leadership Award is a huge honor. The production of pornography is often misunderstood, and nowhere is this more evident than with the genre of BDSM. At Kink.com we have applied the same practices of negotiation, safety and consensuality that are already practiced by the BDSM community to the material we produce. Our hope is that our content helps to demystify a wide range of alternative sexual lifestyles and gives marginalized sexual minorities the chance to make their voices heard. We want to challenge those who doubt that edgy content can be produced ethically.
